Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at 40winks@sasktel.net or give us a call at 306-773-8354. We will then instruct you on how to proceed with your exchange or return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are final sale/non-returnable:
Clearance mattresses & bedding, organic mattresses & bedding, pillows, pillow protectors, mattresses protectors, or custom ordered items.

 

60 Night Mattress Guarantee 

If you are not happy with the feel if your new mattress after 30 days but before 60 days, we can offer a 1-time reselection to a new mattress OR new comfort. To qualify for our 60 Night Mattress Guarantee, a mattress protector (waterproof or non-waterproof) must be purchased at the same time. Please contact us directly for more information.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
