Delivery Policy
When purchasing a mattress with us online or in-store, you have the option of picking up the product at the time of sale (if it is in-stock) or having us deliver to your home. Delivery times vary depending on availability.
We offer doorside/garage drop off or you can let us know if you want us to set-up your mattress in it's new spot (including purchased frame assembly).
FAQ
How soon can I take delivery of my new mattress?
We try to get your mattress delivered to you within 2 working days of purchase if possible (for in-stock mattresses only). If we do need to order, it can take 2 - 4 weeks for us to receive your product (if there are any other delays we would let you know as soon as possible). We would then contact you to set up delivery.
What if I don't need/want my mattress right away?
- No problem! After you make your purchase, give us a rough timeline and we'll hang on to it for you in our warehouse. When you're ready, give us a call to arrange for pickup or delivery.
A piece in my delivery is damaged, what do I do?
When you receive delivery of your product go over it for any damages. If there are any issues please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right!
I've received my new mattress, but I don't like it :(
- While we try our best in the store to get you on the correct mattress for your needs, sometimes it doesn't quite work out. We offer a 60 Night Sleep Guarantee with all mattress purchases as long as a mattress protector is purchased at the same time. We request that you trial your new mattress for at LEAST 3 weeks before deciding how you feel. It takes your body time to get used to sleeping on something new, especially if your old mattress has lost its' support. If, after the trial period, you are still unhappy with your mattress, we offer a one-time EXCHANGE (no refunds) for a new mattress (Excluding Obasan purchases) .
